The basics
30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Holiday extension: orders placed Nov 15 - Dec 15 may be returned through Jan 15 of the following year.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
Each brand ships separately, so each return ships back separately with its own label.
Who pays
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: we cover everything at no cost to you.
Otherwise (didn't fit, changed mind): return shipping is your responsibility, and original shipping is non-refundable.

Items marked Final Sale
Opened bottles, pacifiers, or used personal care
Used swimwear or swimwear missing the sanitary liner
Personalized, monogrammed, or customized products
Perishable goods (food, plants)
Gift cards

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return for refund and place a new order.
Approved refunds: 5-7 business days to original payment method.
Refused, undeliverable, or wrong-address packages: shipping is not refunded.
